CEO and Director

Tim Stein, Ph.D.
President, Business Performance Associates

Over the past 30 years, Tim has helped more than 50 companies establish quality systems and improve business systems to enhance performance and drive up customer satisfaction. During the past 13 years, he has focused on implementing quality systems, establishing electronic document control systems, and continuous improvement.

Prior to founding BPA, Tim was Director of the ISO and reengineering practices for the Quality Improvement Company, and was a consultant with A. T. Kearny. While at Tandem Computers, Tim held divisional responsibility for quality, training and development, marketing, and human resources during different assignments.

Tim holds a Ph.D. in organizational psychology and is a certified ISO 9000 lead auditor. He is a frequent speaker on local and national levels on topics related to quality systems, software valiation and Part 11.
